The work is constant and the pay isn't bad. The benefits are really good. The company matches 4.5% of your salary in 401k contributions that vest instantly.

Cons

It can be a hectic work environment since it's a manufacturing site. You come in expecting to work on something but some mini-emergency has come up so you'll be working on something else.
