Casual work environment. Learn a lot in very little time.

Cons

Understaffed, and undertrained- no one ever knew what they were doing. High turn overrate. Highly underpaid to fill in for roles that manager refused to backfill no promotions unless someone quit or got fired. Long hours, about 14 hour days. Expect to work weekends. Condescending supervisors who would treat employees like children HR was useless in complaints against supervision. Managers show major favoritism to otherwise mediocre employees.
