The current leader in Chennai is unprofessional, bureaucratic, and unethical. We never see any improvement in engineering in the past 6years it really went worse. More complications created in the last 6 years because of this leadership change. Talented professionals left the company because of the bureaucracy created. The current leader is more interested to create his own empire on the site which was very well supported by the US team. Because US team wanted this to be operated like this. It's more towards operational, it cannot be called a product-based organization.
