- Keep on requirement changes. - Whole developed features would be thrown in review, because of the requirement is - invalid by the above point. - Project scope frequently changes because of vnv time frame. - Lots of free time for employee, no one worked, because no work at all. - Every senior member wants there own teams to manage, instead of doing work. - Always try to building some useless tools, and shown it is very useful, for the team, but after some time no one actually cares for that. - Some very senior member has ego issue, if you discuss with them, he may complain to your manager.
