I filed a sexual harrassment complaint and was blamed for it. They told me I must of been doing something wrong to make the guy feel like he could touch me that way and then they suspended me for filing the repot until they decided who to believe. Their words, not mine. I threatened to go to a lawyer. They decided not to suspend me or him. They said human resources would follow up. That never happened and now they are the ones harassing me. Timing my restroom trips, following me around, pointing me for appointmens I have doctors notes for. If you are a women watch your back and keep your mouth shut if you want to keep your job.
