Too many leadership changes. Unpredictable and unprofessional
Pros
Easier to promote Constant opportunities for advancement. Labor is pretty easy.
Cons
It sounds made up, but I promise it is true. Top level leaders are always changing every 3-6 months. Each one brings big ideas, but nothing feels permanent, including job titles and roles. Some policies seems a little sexist against women. Women seem to have a harder time promoting to higher leadership roles. Unclear rules to how unsafe behavior is addressed. Some people get fired for minor bumps or mistakes and others continue to work unsafe and cause major damage to racks and equipment but still stay employed. Just moved to other departments and sometimes with a promotion. Lot of unprofessional behavior from management from hiring families, dating employees, favoritisms. Maybe it is why leadership is always changing.
