Work hard, get nothing. Run

Pros

The people on site are nice. It's like a family.

Cons

First of all, say goodbye to any benefit whatsoever. They lure you in with a bonus, that you won't ever get, even if you work 15 hours a day and on weekends. Second, you arrive in a warehouse, and there are no tools in place. No standardization, no values, nothing. You need to create everything by yourself, and you're asked to do it fast. The overtime is normalized. I don't know anybody in there in the staff who doesn't overtime at least 10 to 15 hours a week. Third, about growth and talent retention. I asked for a job where I would have a higher impact. About 6 months later, I finally got a job interview. Guy from very top management, completely unprepared, making me the offer of the century: new job, no raise. Because: "I don't know you!". After 2 years in the company, working hard every single day (and many times, nights). They won't do no efforts to retain or attract talent, salary is not competitive, they will ask you the moon, and make sure you get nothing in return. To make sure people understand how cheap it is: you don't even get a laptop bag when you arrive and get your stuff. Otherwise "they would have to buy it to everyone".
