      Cons

      The company struggled with an overabundance of corporate politics that frequently slowed progress and limited meaningful support for individual sites. Leadership appeared largely removed from day-to-day operations, resulting in policies and decisions that did not always reflect on-site realities. A greater focus on operational execution and frontline input would be necessary for long-term improvement.

      Kind coworkers/staff, great benefits, clean environment, organized, free meals 2 or 3 times a week

      Cons

      Pay is average and raises dont seem to be very substantial sometimes between 25-50 cents yearly and training could use improvement
