      As an hourly associate, you’re treated better than a lot of third-party logistics companies As an operations supervisor, on Night Shift pay is good

      Cons

      As an operations supervisor at night, no direction no information no conversation it’s a one-way street all information to them no feedback and if they terminate you like they did me. Don’t expect a exit interview they won’t even ship your things or pay you all that you’re due 14 years gone

      At this point, there is nothing to label as a pro besides the employees who work for you.

      Cons

      Compensation, benefits, corporate structure, or lack thereof. Catch-22 policies that benefit the corporation and not the employees. Lack of experienced senior leaders. Lack of job opportunities and lack of job opportunities for minority groups. Beware of 3PLs. Third-party logistics companies are all contract-based, and it's up to management to ensure these contracts are managed appropriately. This is where the breakdown occurs, with poor management of these contracts due to ineffective policies and inadequate oversight. Under this type of structure, you, as the employee, suffer the most.
