Pros
The employees are great, super hard working and everyone looks out for one another.
Cons
The CEO is an absolute mad man. He thinks everyone is replaceable. He'll wake up one day and think your useless and fire you. This didn't happen to me but I saw it happen to 5+ people, super unprofessional.

Work in great locations with people usually happy to be at the business
Cons
new hires paid better than those who stay because they are being "sold' while no raises for more than 5 years for employees who stayed working.
