Pros
Many long term employees always willing to help newcomers. We work in a beautiful location with enjoyable co-workers and guests/clients. Those who work in the operations side have some flexibility with scheduling, within limits, of course.
Cons
Benefits costs are expensive but worth it if you can afford them. Small and private means there is less scrutiny from the outside (also a plus) but like any privately owned and run run businesses can become entirely focused on the owner/entrepreneur rather than the business itself.
