      Fairly laid back atmosphere, easy work, nice coworkers overall.

      Cons

      Constant turnover of management, unkept promises, layoff and surprise mandatory shutdown days, new rules and methods every other week, and no follow through to ensure compliance.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. It provides you the tools you need for your job and provides you the support you need. Has many different product lines and many market base products that make company stable. If you are in the right position, you have a great opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      When it is busy it could be overwhelmed. If you worked on multiple projects from multiple sites, you can easily be overwhelmed. It is a matrixed organization, so things can be stressful, if you don't know how to manage your works and how to communicate.
