Pros

Lots of pro's come to mind. Competitive salaries, outstanding benefits, strong work life balance.

Cons

No real con's for me. Corporate is dialed into the Manufacturing culture. There are a lot of opportunities for growth if you want it, but are supported if someone wants to develop in place. There is a lot of room for collaboration and cross functional opportunities for those that seek it.

My coworkers truly feel like a family with the support they provide both professionally and personally. Additionally, IDEX empowers its business units, like Warren Rupp, to operate with autonomy, allowing them to function as independent entities with the flexibility to innovate and excel. Warren Rupp's air-operated double diaphragm pumps provide solutions across industries, from agriculture to manufacturing, delivering reliable and efficient performance for diverse applications.

Cons

I have yet to find a con for working for this company and I truly believe I never will.
