Laid back for the most part especially for a manufacturing facility which is nice Bonuses Culture

You get paid under what similar positions at other companies in the area pay Trying to move up in positions are a little dicey and if you want to move out of your “area” for example manufacturing and into an office position good luck, they’d rather find someone outside of the company even though they post the position internally, basically after they already have someone else in mind
