He walks the walk and expects the same commitment from all management and employees. I have been with IDEX for 2 years and during that time, I have been given the opportunity grow my career quickly in an exceptional HR organization. I feel supported and respected for my experience. In IDEX's decentralized business structure, I am given the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with my business unit General Manager and leadership team to manage our business locally. IDEX offers competitive pay and benefits. I am very happy that I made the decision to join IDEX.
