      Pros

      Workload is manageable, my direct management encourages a good work-life balance. Work from home available, but building also has nice features. PTO and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Upper management seems a little reconnected and doesn't seem as invested in employees. History of reorganizations which could lead to job security concerns.
