Pros

High compensation rates, excellent benefits, fast and responsive hiring team

Cons

Terrible employee morale with good reason. It's grinding factory work disguised as laboratory testing. Recently consolidated facilities means the North Grafton location has way more work than the staff can reasonably handle. Absolutely NOT worth the money.

Pros

The Frontline employees are very dedicated, intelligent, and passionate. Our Senior Leadership team gives us a lot of tools and leeway to make decisions. I’ve never worked with a company that took the reins off of Frontline Leadership like IDEXX does. The company has a good outlook and does a lot of investment in technology and people. There are plenty of growth opportunities in different areas within the company to explore.

Cons

The lab is a production environment, and that can be stressfull, especially during busy season.

Pros

If you have zero experience and want to get started somewhere and you have not been successful in finding employment anywhere else, you can try to work here for a short term.

Cons

Complete lack of management, poor pay and compensation, more politics than any interest in actual science, no culture, no value, a lot of mental, emotional, and physical stress. Ask them what was the reason for poor retention and whether they are backfilling for the position. If they deny it or don't answer clearly, they're lying and most definitely backfilling because a lot of people constantly quit.
