      - good salary, good perks - meaningful purpose (improving health of pets) - resilient market

      Cons

      Decision making and agility is low due to size of company - if you don't like working in corporates then this (for obvious reasons) wont' be a good place.

      Pros

      Great benefits, passionate people, management is always around to talk. Really lovely environment for the most part

      Cons

      Higher management won't fire/discipline problematic employees until they threaten physical harm to others. Pay is abysmal, promotions are scarce. Work 5+ years to make $30hr, when a new hire will get that without even asking. Labs are quite filthy, tons of pests, dust and dirt.
