      The only good thing is it's a stable job and cheap off incentives lunch parties with low budget food

      Salary is lower than market value, many dramas from the upper rank managers and HR and CEO levels. All the money the company earned almost gone into shareholders' pocket, but the lowest level of employees got nothing or very little like a candy. They pay more attention on what employees behavior than their performance even though they do have performance review, but it's like a show or just for a record; they only ask employees to improve their skills and more capable to work on more field in the company but their pay isn't equal to what they ask the employee...
