      Interesting place to work Work is challenging and diverse...in a good way In some functional areas management is supportive and helpful Senior management makes good financial decisions Stable work environment

      Treatment of employees varies drastically from department to department Most senior managers do not provide adequate vision and leadership Compensation is well below average and is inequitable Annual raises are pitiful no matter how well you perform
