Pros
The company continues to grow and succeed. Most employees are given the freedom to accomplish tasks and goals without excessive supervision.
Cons
Despite a lack of clear vision (or rather a consistent vision) from senior management, employees continue to succeed. This will become less so as the company continues to grow and add middle managment while consolidating operations without any clear indication as to why employees were let go.
