Pros

The business is growing, pay is good, fellow employees bright and capable. The customers they serve help animals. This could be a great place to work.

Cons

Senior leadership caught up in petty internal conflicts that have nothing to do with delivering a quality product to the customer. Judgements are made about both people and ideas based on those slanted views.

medical and dental benefits, short and long term disability insurance. free parking; not a bad commute as the traffic is minimal since most people don't go to Westbrook unless they have to

Cons

management, upper management, ceo (who has ever seen him? if you have, would you want to see him again?), greed, no oritentation for new employees, no training, no professional development.

a pay check, some great co workers.medical and dental glad to have a job.

Cons

the animals we do testing for and treated better then people at the lab,poor scoring on reviews, 5's are on the review, but the say no one are 5's i so disagree, raises are very low 2- 3.5 % increase that's about 10-30 cents, to bad they don't let them score the true #'s ,great employees are over looked, while the ones that are negative and right down mean are promoted... the last few years have gone down hill too bad it use to be a fun and enjoyable place to work. lost alot of good people, and will lose more if it stays this way.
