      Pros

      Coworkers, for the most part are great people. Benefits are good. Have pot lucks at lease once a quarter.

      Cons

      Management lies. They tell you that you can be cross trained in other areas, but that never happens. They accuse you of things that they made up on the top of their heads. Are very discriminatory when it comes to who they discipline and who they don't (if you are of the same culture that your supervisor is, then you can pretty much do whatever you want.) HR pretends to care, but are just there to back up managers.

      Pros

      Engaging, interesting work. Great people. Quality medicine.

      Cons

      Until Jonathon Ayers took over. Is no longer about quality. Only wants profits and quantity. Upper management is a joke. HR is too busy to reply to you.

      Pros

      The pay is generally higher than other places in the area. Enjoy working with the people that haven't been completely demoralized yet.

      Cons

      Complete lack of leadership from upper management. Upper management does not care about general employee base. Advancement, if any is through stroking of management ego and not competency. They have a tendency to abuse the hard working employees in the company with longer hours and more responsability.
