Pros
My direct manager and my peers are great. We're a small but productive group. No ego issues, everyone works together. The company itself is very active in Portland and there are some nice perks to working at this location.
Cons
Being a moderate size investor owned company, the stock price is the holy grail. Everything is managed quarter to quarter to maintain stock price. That makes long range planning very difficult. Personally, I think long term the company is going to suffer because goals are so short term.
