The company is not afraid of letting you try new things and get to do a lot of tasks a larger company would deem too complex or advanced for your position. More responsibiltiy

Cons

Super small company which can be good or bad. There isn't really anywhere to go within the company so not a lot of movement for upward growth.

Pros

IDS is a fast moving company with a highly supportive work environment. Over the past year the company has grown tremendously, but leadership has done a great job of ensuring that the company culture and values remain intact. IDS is a great place for young people to start their careers. The work is dynamic and there is lots of room to grow into leadership roles. The company is also very small and the HQ staff are all very friendly.

Cons

With a small growing company things can be a bit disorganized. Don't be afraid to take on a project that needs to get done.
