Smart, ambitious, interesting co-workers, fast-paced, lots of growth potential, significant responsibilities, access to senior management, interesting projects and customers, great location, strong team-focused work culture.

Cons

Work responsibilities can be vague and unpredictable. Management processes can be somewhat ambiguous and ad-hoc. Schedule can vary depending on project needs.

It is an international company the background which i work its very good for my career.

Cons

There is one thing that i note it. Through, my last two year experienc. I got that there is no promotion. but in one year we contract twice and repeat salary Reduction.
