Pros

Company has good benefit package including vacation, health insurance and 410k programs.

Cons

The management team is so out of touch with employees. Lack of innovative style of management. All about the numbers and productivities. Spoke much about teamwork but short of execution. Not much investment in team building or training for employees. High revolving door policy.

Pros

It has a relaxed culture, my co-workers are fun to be around, location is ideal.

Cons

Limited growth, low pay, hardly any raises. there also seems to be a lot of office politics that go on here..the higher up's don't care much when they lose highly skilled employees. Favoritism to a select group of people. They do not offer incentives to want you to stay there. tuition reimbursement is a joke.. they move people a lot. It's not unusual if you move 2-3 times in a year.
