Pros

There is a lot of freedom at IDT. The jobs are laid back…. But so is everything else. You get what you pay for here.

Cons

No professional development or advancement. Management is too busy to listen or handle issues that one might being up on a consistent basis. This is a good place to start a career but everyone is so comfortable that they stay for 20 years and never grow emotional maturity because the environment is consistently the same.

pay not bad (depending on your account set), remote work combined with outside sales

Cons

worked for the company 3 years. constantly reminded on a monthly basis that you'll be fired if you don't perform... products are all over the place. horrible training, old software applications, all the internal support teams just don't care - company has no vision (or lack of) everything is fly bt night, no plan of strategy
