Thank you for your feedback and for your time spent working at IDT. We do our best to provide our employees with a full schedule of cultural initiatives and fun events. This year's employee events include basketball & softball leagues, pool & ping pong tournaments, summer barbecues, karaoke wars, concerts on the terrace, hackathons, beer & pizza tech meetups, and several charity initiatives.

Many projects, friendly environment, diverse cultural employees, smart executives, many new projects with high upside growth opportunities.

Cons

Low pay, no one from management leaves making it harder to be promoted, the pinless business is losing a lot of revenue due to VOIP competitors.
