Pros

aggressive compensation plan that pays for results. Producers will earn much better than industry average. Sales management has been fair in setting expectations and is willing to assist in closing accounts, when necessary.

Cons

not much negative to mention for producers. Non performance will be addressed (as expected), but my observation is that every employee is given ample opportunity for success

Passionate about making money. Decent pay and benefits. Always looking for new ways to improve company position.

Very little training. Allot of fix on the fly issues.

Great work environment. Yearly schedule based on the academic calendar with relaxed summer schedule. Amazing people to work for and with.

Cons

Not much room for advancement and compensation could be better.
