- on time salary - startup kind work life style - no leave tracking

Cons

- Dumbest CTO leading technology of company to hell - Late night call for scolding and screaming - CTO has no sense of talking, just got lucky to reach there else he lacks technical skills - Age old technologies, just package old code with new UI, thats moto - No hierarchy followed, patchy work on production

HR friendly environment. Each and every employee birthday celebration is there.

Cons

The worst company to ever work for the senior leads just don't care a dam about the amount of tasks given to a employee and their training period is a big sham they only increase salaries of people whom they like the management has got a biased approach towards appraisals and only 10% of the employees are given hikes.
