Good company for freshers to get hands on experience

Literally BPO Management level are allocated to the Management level for technical Team.. 1) Work Culture is not transperent. 2) Advantage for Girls to get good uprisals without performance.. due to BPO management 3) Company is not treating well for old employees..(no additional benefits)

It is very good company to start your career. I worked there dot 3 years. I started my career with IDmission. You will get good chance to explorer your skill set. There is not constraint to work with.

Cons

Retain employee is depend on management but not on your performance.. There are lots of areas to improve.. No standard process are followed..
