      Pros

      New bonus program is sweet. One of the best shops I have worked for in years. Bosses and leads are really fair and you can talk to them. We work together and get good stuff done. It is fast paced and the day flies by. The place is growing and seems jobs are solid. I can make suggestions and my voice is heard. Nice to have a say in the process. We all work pretty hard and it feels good when we create things.

      Cons

      Mondays are pretty hectic.

      Pros

      IEA/Engendren has been and will continue to be a great place for me to work. I enjoy the team atmosphere and approach that "everyone is a business person first." It gives me a comfortable platform to share my ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement and know that those thoughts are valued.

      Cons

      Like other reviewers mentioned, the primary industry that IEA supported slowed down in the past years. It has since picked up, and management has made a concerted effort to further diversify to prevent unpredictable times.

      Pros

      Small company which means less bureaucracy. Decent salary.

      Cons

      A small company that does not diversify it's customer base is more susceptible to market fluctuations. I was hired and then laid off only a few months later because management took a status quo mentality with it's base products, while trying to reinvent the wheel with a product that had already been proven by other companies. The end result was low quality on it's base products they couldn't ship on time, and frustrated customers.
