      Pros

      Management works hard to keep the best employees happy and remove sub-par performers. Improving the quality of the staff and processes has lead to much improved business performance and profits.

      Cons

      Slow market place has forced company to right-size and that has lead to negative attitudes in some areas. Higher expectations placed on employee performance is tough for some to swallow.

      Chances for overtime are plenty due to managements horrible planning.

      Cons

      They demand you work overtime when they can't get a schedule made even a week out. Head of Aluminum has a abusive personality.

      Awesome work environment great people to work with I know my job and ability get to travel all over the country

      Cons

      they really don't have any cons but advancing in the field is a little slow at times but that just means they have a low quit rate
