Pros

It pays 18/h and you "usually" work near your home.

Cons

They don't care about anything that's not related to getting the numbers out. There's to much work for the few employees that decide to stay. They have a good desertion rate, people usually start to work there and decide to just leave. They have 0 disregard for employee complications even due to the pandemic. Do you have kids? Do you have sick people to help with? You have 0 chances for tele work EVEN when 75% of the work can be performed remotely. They just don't care. Over 6 employees left out of their own will just because of their toxic behavior. You will be asked random questions that can be answered just by looking at the system notes, but they dont know how to pull those up. You will have unrealistic goals to set that most of the time, aren't attainable. Only a select few csn do telework, and non of those are case managers. They have one of the worst pay grades for a case manager, you have little chances if any to be hired with the company, meaning you have 0 benefits, no paid holidays, new reform sick and vacation accumulation which are the worst. They try and make you feel good about 18/h but what you maight not know is that other company's pay 25/h for the same job and offer benefits. Overall, if you have extremely high tolerance for emotional stress, this is the right place for you. Don't expect any sympathy from them, at all. Have cancer? They don't care. A famaily member had an accident? They don't care. An employee gets Covid and you where exposed to it before the co worker knew about it, tested positive, they won't tell you just soo that their precious numbers are always up.

IEM Experience

Pros

If you win work you get to remain employed and are promised bonuses and all kinds of perks,

Cons

Once you win work, supervisory staff above your position steal your bonuses, continually abuse staff mentally and the HR department continues to employ long term staff that are toxic abusive people.

Shirt term at best

Pros

Remote work options are available

Cons

You will be used and abused. You will be worked and overworked. Those who work the hardest are given more and more responsibilities without adequate pay raises. They lull you into thinking you are doing great and the company is so glad to have you. Beware though. There are several random reductions in force. If you are the unlucky one, you are called by HR and let go on the spot. They aren’t even courteous enough to give you a week or two notice.
