remote- good flexibility Pay is Great, surrounded by good people who knew their stuff. benefits we're good at too

Contracts were limited due to the current administration, so not enough work to keep everyone.

Pros

Working from home was good. As long as I did my job and fulfilled my responsibilities, I could set my own schedul.

Cons

Don't be looking for decent compensation. Didn't even get a cost of living raise. Ended up bring home less money than previous year. Management does not communicate well with the staff actually doing the work. Bonus was a $25 virtual Amazon gift card.
