Strong Culture, Employee Owned, Growing Pains

Pros

Employee owned, and so the retirement plan (Employee Stock) is very strong. Work culture is great, especially for younger folks. Very social company with many "extra-curricular" activities. With 400 employees around the world and about 150 of them in Milwaukee, each employee can feel his/her impact at the local level. One of the best communicating companies I've ever worked at.

Cons

Executive Management, while outstanding in the long past, lost its way in the last five years but has begun these past two years to return to the fundamentals that made IEWC a very strong company. Like any company, there are big personalities in high positions that must be navigated properly. Like any growing company, IEWC is still putting in structure and processes to address growing pains as they arise. It leads to a sense of uncertainty (but also opens up professional opportunities).
