Pros

Benefits were ok. Provide tech for sale people ie iPhone,iPad. Spend money on SAP system and Salesforce. Have good quality products.

Cons

Make promises that never happen. Inexperienced management. No value proposition. No training. Struggle with basic distribution business model. Micromanage sales people. Severely underpay support staff. Not a wide enough product offering.
