      Pros

      Paid sick leaves and a bonus to end the year.

      Cons

      The management of New Berlin does not trust its own employees, and this blatant distrust results in the low employee morale and poor productivity in the workplace. The managers seem to be cautious when investing time and resources to the employees, which prevents us from maximizing our productivity and learning.

      Pros

      Been working at IEWC for 10 years now and I still find happiness in coming to work here. I never had that feeling in my career before. Pay is adequate for my position, good medical and great RRSP plan. The team all around the world is there for you if you need help!
