Good for freshers to make a start in IT industry

Pros

Some very good projects. Company is keen on hiring resources at low cost so freshers have a good opportunity here. After a year or two very selected few resources will see some growth others will look elsewhere for greener pastures or better profile/growth opportunities.

Cons

Not sure on the feedback system that is followed elsewhere but here the feedback culture here is not very good. The project managers have standard verbiages and good positive feedback is absent. The expectations of the employee and his interests are not given importance. Raise some queries or concerns to the HR and before discussing the issue the HR is interested in your designation and time spent in the company and if the conversation is not going as he intended it to be then he points out that you are still a fresher and at xyz designation and then the conversation can be called professional bullying.
