Disappointing Experience

Things improving ever since iGate has come in. HR dept is good and responsive. Stay back in the company for a long term be assured for an on site

Cons

Work Life balance pathetic. The nature of work is mostly clerical nothing much to do technically. If you get into a bad project then be assured to be stuck there for 18 months Fresher have to sign a bond Notice period is pretty long which makes switching cmpny impossible. Project task requirements are not clear , one ends up sitting in office waiting for the client side people to get free to get the requirement .... Possibly even 13-16 hours a day.

Infrastructure is the only thing you will like here.

Cons

Pay scale too low. Most of the projects that come are support. Promotion not on the basis of performance. No transparency in system. Employees taken for granted. Politics everywhere you ask for help. No policies to facour employees in case of issues with management.
