      Pros

      Good learning opportunities, good environment (if leave GE account), job security, work pressure is optimal, short term onsite opportunities are available

      Cons

      Salary is not very good. Especially for freshers. Least long term onsite opportunities. Mostly they have maintenance projects so less development work

      Pros

      It is a little one, but wonderful place to jump start career, right after college. More of a flat structure and very well knit departments/groups, making one feel at home most of the time. The current turf is a great combination of old, stable, traditionally proven mascot systems combined with new, more dynamic, market driven management.

      Cons

      Knowledge share and process-wise, plenty of room for improvement. The supporting groups need to co-ordinate career prospects of employees with more focus. Delivery organization needs to move out of conservative approach to suit market conditions. The thrust to move aggressively without understanding a complete and effective SWOT analysis could have been a gap to be filled.
