A nice name to have on the CV for namesake.

Cons

iGate Patni is one of the worst paymasters in the Indian IT industry. There are minimal Onsite oppurtunities. Its literally a no increment company with incremets of around 2-3% p.a . A 3 month notice period without a buyout option.
