Not Good for Software Engineers only good for HR and Managers and Not a Best Employer as they say
Pros
Employees are Friendly and Help each other On-Site Opportunity No much work pressure but depend on projects Exposure to Clients and less Shadow resources
Cons
Less Pay Least paid at on-site too No significant hike for grade S3-M1, only good hike for managers and HR HR and Managers are paid high for making some nonsense organizational policy which doesn't do any good for employees and only for them 3 month Notice period which is not negotiable and no Buy Back , so its like a jail cant jump out easily Ego Clashes between managers effect the appraisal of employees and HR only support managers not employees Any concern raised by employee regarding Salary are not taken care after years of complaints Not a Best employer as they say, As per my knowledge majority has given a negative feed back ,but don't know how they get the Awards for best employer.
