      There are none. Full stop. Its absolutely horrible

      Cons

      Harassment is rampant on all ends. From the top to the bottom. 0 personal life. They are shocked Pikachu when you dont want to work overtime for a year straight. They are in no way fair across the shifts and will 100% show it. They refuse to accept that they are going under. Every square inch of floor is covered in pallete with tickets toppling over and is a fire hazard. Quality? Forget it. They'll approve anything because they are so far behind. HR is never present. You'll never get that interview because they wont remember to schedule it.

      Fun work environment, accommodating and pushes expression of ones self. Amazing benefits, fun people, great opportunity

      Cons

      lower pay, Political environment, how people perceive you is a focus, a lot of drama. at times it felt like high school. they can be scared of risk
