One of the lowest paying companies. The pay can be significantly better especially for what the duties are within the company

Decent salary, some professionals in middle-management.

Cons

Hire well qualified staff then tie there hands from utilizing their expierence, while falling back on "it's the way we've always done it". Company is stuck in a couple decades ago, and now moving most production to Mexico, which is cheaper but has lower quality standards.
