Toxic culture; bad management; clueless management; 0 communication; most toxic place I have ever worked. Definitely a good ol boys club. They lie about what the job is. Co-workers are mostly weird/lazy. They treat their favorites good and everyone else like dirt. I didn't have a domain account (login) for my first week because they weren't sure if I was going to show up ( their words) due to people not showing up on their first day in the past.

I won't say much but obviously as a fresher our salary won't be as we expect, so after your performance your salary might increase. So why wait just go for this IGT solution.
