      Good place if you are in correct team!

      Pros

      Management is very flexible if your are part of the team that is generating lot of output. There are a lot of avenues to progress in the company while you are in Individual Contributor positions.

      Cons

      They are decent paymaster for offices not in major cities. Their packages do not reflect the realities of larger cities, atleast for mid management level employees. Top management believes moving to Cloud services / off-shore vendors saves money.
