Pros

Comradery, most coworkers are talented and good people to work with. There are patches of management and executives who are also talented and good people. You can easily move around to different departments.

Cons

Dramatically shrinking benefits, constant layoffs, outsourced employees producing extremely low quality work, and all departments are so strained for resources that you will likely be doing their jobs during business hours and only be allowed to do your work after hours.

Cons

Upper management has run this company into the ground. Mass exodus looming. Will leave the company with only those who are too stuck, incompetent and/or clueless to move on to something better.
