      Ok, but don't linger.

      Pros

      They do not force you to do overtime or set massively unrealistic deadlines.

      Cons

      Slow progression in terms of your position and salary. Definitively not in line with the progression of your work load and work difficulty. All slot games look the same after a while so once you've learned Unity and their system there is little further opportunity for growth. And they offer nothing substantial internally.
